We wouldn't be planning our wedding right now if there was an engagement ring involved. I'm sure I'd be waiting for another year or two. So we have taken the offbeat path and have forgone the ring. I sometimes wish that I had one, but I think that's really the metalsmith in me. I'm sure I'll make myself a ring once I get back into the classroom.

There are lots of jewelers who have special counter for buying affordable engagement rings which can set in our budget as well as looks very pretty when it is worn by the partner.
